Delay in delivery of re-fill

Gas booking reference No.533976 dated 23/01, Gas has not been delivered even after 15 days, Bharat Gas Distributor M/s Ashoka Stores Chitranjan Park, Phone No.26277304 is always busy. Mr. Anil assured me early delivery but till date it not delivered. I even lodged my compaint with Bharat Gas on their website ref.no C000017332 dated 04/02/10 but I have no response from the company. Kindly help...
