Company is in car rental buisiness, and i have inveted Rs.1, 20, 000/- fixed for 5yrs on 08 May on the assurance of the company paying monthly interest of Rs.8040/- and the whole principle amount of 1, 20, 000/- will be paid back after 5 yrs, But after october whn i presented the chq for the month of Nov the chq was dishonored and i visited the company and enquired about the same and they said the company is changing the mode of payment and the amount will be directly credited to my account through ECS, But so far nothing has happened and the office also is closed and now i'm totally ruined.

Kindly help me in getting my hard earned money which i was saved for my kids.
