Delay in delivery of lpg cylinders

1.There is a provision of gas booking through phone call and put down slip in a box. Problem with phone call is that often they don, t recieve phone and put off the reciever. In a slip system there is no record and confirmation that gas has been booked.

2.I had booked gas on 8 december but till today i could not recieved my booked lpg cylinder.
