Non riffiling of cylinde

Distributer bhagawati gas service, sikar, rajasthan has issued gas connection to me name raghunath singh card no B 29874 consumer no 7208526 sv no 50690386 dtd.09/07 . I refilled cylinder properly till dtd.15/12 by the distributer but after that he denied with malpractice and on dated 21/12 given a statement in written that your connection has been cut off due to not refilling within 6 months .please instruct the distributer and solve my problem at earliest.
