How can a confirmed ticket get into waitlisted and non refund of my tickect

Respected sir,

I had purchased 16 tickets ex ALWR to BDTS train no.2215 BDTS GARIB RATH for 28-12-09 and as I had changed it to boarding AJMER. On 27-12-09 I checked my PNR NO.2266508331 / 2528920531/ 2628773479 it showed the ticket was confirmed. On 28-12-09 at 8.00am I checked my pnr no. for my seats no. I was shocked to know that my ticket was waitlisted from 14 to 25. when the cart was prepared from alwar. When I reached ajmer station for enquiry and refund I was told that I will get the clear picture of my pnr when the chrt is prepared from ajmer as my ticket was brd.ajmeer. Thus misleading me. When the cart was prepared from ajmer my status of the ticket remained the same. When I asked for refund the counter clerk at 2.30pm said that I

will no get any refund now as the train has departed from alwar with one 3AC choach sick. I had to face tremendous hard shift as I had to get back with my ailing parent and small children. It cost me Rs.30, 000/- to get back to Mumbai.

Kindly arrange for my refund and see to my complain as early as u can.
