Not booked my gas cylinde

Dear sir,

my name is akash from gonda, sir i had booked my gas cylinder on 31.12.2009 on bharat gas coco agency code no.140789, after 15 days when i cant recieved my gas then i ask to agency, they told me that u not booked your cylinder, then again i booked gas on 16.01.2010 and today (20.01.2010) when i asked my cylinder they again told me that u cant booked your cylinder till date. Sir pls do anything & pls suggest me how can i book my gas cylinder. My consumer no.19728
