NON DELIVERY OF CYCLENDER

I am having a Bharat Gas connection bearing consumer No. 27610 with M/S Dev Gas Agency, Jodhpur. I have booked the gas on 19.01.2010. At the time of booking I was told that the cyclender should be delivered to me within 5/6 days. Till date after lapsing 19 days neither I have received cyclender nor I have apprised with any satisfactory reply by the agency authorities. The same story repeated each and every time.

If we calculate gap of delivery period within 2 cyclenders of Bharat Gas (especially M/S Dev Gas Agency, Jodhpur) it comes to more than 40 days. (Minimum 21 days for booking 19 days for supply) Should one from Bharat Gas tells, how a person having family of six person should adjust in a single cyclender for 40 days. Indirectly it encourage currupations, as we have no option but to purchase a cyclender from black market.

We thorugh this E-Mail urge upon all the authorities of Bharat Gas that they should take the matter in right direction & should discover some amicalbe solution of this giant problem.
