Delay in dilevery

Dear sir/mam,

I have booked the refill of bharat gas on 28/06, my consumer no is 151659 .agency's name is Dev mogra gas service, mira road, but still i have not get the delevery, when i call on 1st of july, it was told to me that it will be delevered by next day, when i call on 6th of july it was told to me that their is no any booking so they are taking my booking, from 6th i am calling daily but no one is giving me proper responce, its a kind of big harrasment, pls do something
