Allowance of all passengers in First Class

Sir,

I am a regular MMTS commuter in the Lingampalli-Begumpet route, holding a first class pass. It has been 2-3 months now that I have seen a TC in the first class. Hardly twice a week, one guard will be there; however he will also be forced to allow people carrying general tickets to board the compartment, since the rush is heavy in morning hours. If SCR feels that the rush is increasing, it should deploy more no of local trains instead of compromising with the comfort of the first class commuters. Else you are making us feel that we are fool to pay the extra money to board the first class compartment whereas tons of other people are using that service by paying a meager amount of Rs. 2-5/- everyday.

I hope some measures will be taken in response to the same.
