Always delay in refiling cylinde

Dear Sir,

Mr. Yogesh S. Belwalkar, consumer of Bharat LPG bearing Consumer No. 113878 of Chaitanya Gas Agency, NehruMaidan, Dombivli (E) Tel. No. 02512472618.

We have every month delay of LPG Gas Cylinder. Delivery take plac after 10-15 days after booking and after too telephonic follow-up. but there was not any valuable response from said distributor so we made a complaint to Consumer Gas, Thane (Tel. 02225377690) in Oct. 2010 & (also 7-8 months before) for non delivery of Gas & poor services by the said dealer. After my complaint, on the same day gas was delivered to me on urgent basis in Oct. 2010.

Again I booked for gas on 13th Nov. 2010 but till date no LPG Gas was provided by the said dealer. We enquired 2 Delivery boys of Bharat Gas in our locality on 25th Of Nov. 2010 they told us today they are delivering gas cylinder of booking of 18th Nov. 2010. means our booking of Gas of 13th Nov. is kept pending intentionally.

Please look into this matter ASAP.
