Delay in Delivery

I am a regular customer of bharat gas at Adhlakha Gas Agency, Booth No:6, Sec-9 market, Faridabad.

I booked a gas for my home use on dt: 25/1 and they assured that it will be supplied within 2 or 3 days but till now its been 8 days and we have not recieved gas delivery even though there is no scarcity of gas in the godown of the said agency. You please do the needful so that i may not deprived of my right of getting gas on time as promised by bharat gas.
