Behavior of Conductor was rude

Today I was travelling in Best Bus from Goregoan to Mira Road, the behavior of bus conductor was very rude when I said I am not having change of rs 23 .the way he was reacted as 'tu chilla mat... yanhi bus ruk wa deta hoon..tu utar ja..I know he was doing his job..but the way he speaked was very rude. I know i am the first person login such kind of complain, but i hope if people start login such kind of compalin there must be some action.
