Non Delivery, Harassment of consume

My consumer No is 6858. we had booked (on 11-12) cylinder 3 months ago (today17-03) but after repetitive attempt at the distributor office (Pavithram Bharat Gas Agency, 11/588-c, cherpulassery, Palakkad Dist. pin 679503) still cylinder is not delivered at home. The staff at the office are not behaving properly and also they make only false promises and statements (there is no stock right now).

Repeatedly for last few months they were showing the same attitude.

Please do the needful. and take some strict action against such irresponsible distributors otherwise they will gain more and more power to do such an nonsense.
