Undelievery of gas cylinde

Sir,

I m not getting the gas cylinder on due date. I live in laksar where is only one gas agency namely "HARIPRIYA GAS AGENCY" There time period for booking is one month after the delivery date. but they take maximum time of 30 days to deliver. so their is 60 days between the delivery. As in laksar their agents give the cylinder of 800 rs per piece in black. And if complains they use of vulgar words and shouted on comlplains and not provide us the email and phone numbers of head quarters/bharat gas to complain. sir pls take action for betterment of the delivery.
