Delay in providing gas

I Nishikant Mhatre, using Bharat Gas service of Trupti, Ground Floor, Dhanlaxmi Apt., Station Road, Diva (E) cont no: 9833142777.

We are facing lot of issues getting gas cylinder. Once we book cylinder, it takes 15-20 days to deliver it to us and they are asking to book for new after 21 days of delivery. It creates lot of problems as single cylinder get empty within a months time for a family of 5-6.

Please take necessary action so that delivery of the cylinder can be done within 2-3 days after booking. Seems like agency person is harassing peoples and there is some malfunctioning going on.
