Disturbance by vendors in train

I would like to bring to your kind notice that while travelling from Bhopal to Mumbai on 19/9 by Punjab Mail PNR NO-2554219341 berth no-A-1/30 at 4.00 o clock in the morning local tea vendors enter the train between Nasik/ igatpuri to Kasaraghat and disturb the travellers by awakening them. The same when reported to the A/C coach attendant/TTE they admitted their inability to do anything as the vendors are local people who may harm them if they disallow them to enter. I am a frequent traveller to mumbai by punjab mail and the same problem is being faced by me. I am bringing this matter to your notice so that this problem may be sorted out by you.
