Long delay in supply of LPG at sainthia

I sri Uttam Bhakat sainthia (Town high school para) consumer of Bharat Gas under M/s Nandeswari gas distrributor (Code - 461721) have been suffering for delaying & irregular supply of LPG cylinder.

My consumer no- NG 1982, booking no-796, booking date 22/09/011, last delivery date 2/09. Repeated reminders have been made, but till now I have not got any responds from Nandeswari Gas distributor of Sainthia Birbhum. Every time I have to face this problem.

Please take an action immedeatly to solve this problem permanently.
