Not delivering cylinders in properway

I s.janardhan reddy with bharat gas customer no 12943 not getting cylider in proper time every time from SRI VENKATA SANTOSHI BHARAT GAS AGENCIES kavali, Nellore (dt). AP we are roaming around it from 10 days.every day they are saying tomorrow, day after tomorrow like that. No one answer the phone.please try to rectify this problem. so many people are facing this not only me.
