I booked my gas cylender (Refill) on dated 6/1 my booking no is 665, till date i did'nt get my gas refill cylender

my consumer no is 013713, at Divya gas agency, Rohtak (Haryana). I did complaint on 9/1 my complaint no is 1214351316, but did'nt get any solution.
