Delaying in handling leakage in cylinde

Sir, I sugriv yadav consumer bharat gas LPG cons.no.17514 of Priyanka Gas Agency, Hamilton Road, Kashmirigate, Delhi. I lodged compalint for the leakage of cylinder dtd, 06.03.11 at emergency no.09990361555 and directly complaint to agency.on 07.03.11 but no action takent till date (10.03.11). and frequently in contanct with the agency but no answer from the agency till today which is very indecent and harshening.if any thing happened wrong then you and your agency will be solely responsible. I think u people are playing against public interest. Also i am going to lunch complaint in consumer court very shortly.
