NON Delivery of LPG Cylinde

I booked for my LPG Cylinder with M/S Manvir Gas Agency, Chand Bagh, DElhi of Bharat Gas on 29/01 through telephone number 25517177 and was given number 6261984. A fortnight has elapsed and the LPG Cylinder has not been delivered so far. My complaints at the web sight of the company on 07/02 vide reference no.120469 and again on 10/02 vide reference no.121055. But neither any response nor the LPG Cylinder has been received so far. The delayed delivery has become an incessant feature with M'S Manvir Gas Agency.

May I expect some tangible solution.
