Bharat gas refill
No delivery of refill

Dear sir,

I want to inform you that my CONSUMER No. is 2599. I make booked my bharat gas refill on 01/12 but yet today I did not receive the refill. When I go there to write complain they abuse & say that if I inform any officer then they would not give me refill. I know that they have BLACK MARKETING of gas refill.

So please solve my problem.
