Delay in gas cylinder delivery

Sir,

my name is raju.v.n, i have a gas connection of bharath petroleum (LPG). My consumer number is 20974..last month ie; on7-12booked for a re- filled cylinder but till date the service has not been delivered.i have tried to get connect with the concerned telephone ie;04842220820 several time but in vein, they are not picking phone.this happening every now and then.even though my bill has generated the agency deliver the gas cylinder only when they felt fine.my local distributors name is Super Flames, 16/457, d'cruz court, located at kazhuthumuttu, kochi.682005.
