Poor services to the consumers

Sir I am a consumer of bhart gas and my consumer no.is 52352076 .I booked a refill cylinder on 15/02 and till date i.e 28/03 I have not got. I have been regularly in touch of the distributors office but they always says that they will deliver within 2days which never comes but other peoples are taking refill cylinder which they have booked after me. I have also contacted the Area Sales Officer of the concerned company to which he did not responded. So having no way out at last I put my complaint in your forum.
