Misbehavior by the helpline

I was not able to log in with my card and had forgotten my password as i had not made any transaction for a long time on my bharat petroleum, petro-card, the people in the helpline are not at all helpful towards the customers, they disconnect the calls without informing the customers, my card number is -CA0000819328/CU0100710133.Can i recieve any help then mail me at rajeshsingh32@gmail.com.
