last friday (11 02 2011) i booked one pulsar bike from chennai central to tirur at west cost express

sir untill today (14 02 2011) i did t recive my bike if we ask sumthing to parcel section they showting and newer giving proper answer sir where i can contact proper person i have all paper s here if we will go to smr we can mension the complaints there? sir when i can get my bike? sir whoes the proper person? i came in tirur 15 days vacation almost five days over what i do sir? i hope one proper replay from u r side
