Bikez showroom/ Honda Activa
Bike Insurance not received

I had bought my Honda Activa on 10th Aug by paying Cash amount of Rs. 52000 to the bikez showroom, since then I had to wait for nearly 3 months to obtain the RC book, which I eventually got in the month of November, but I am yet to receive the Insurance papers of my bike. Every Time I contact the Bikez showroom in Kharghar/ Seawoods, they say we'll get it in 2-3 days. Its not possible for me to go there every now and then as I work nights and sleep in day time. I escalated this issue to the owner of the showroom Mr. Sudhir Sachdeva, and he assured me another 2 days in the month of December, I am waiting for his answer since then, every time I call them, they don't pick up my call, and whenever I visit them, they make reasons like - I might have lost the insurance papers as they had given it to me. I never received it in the 1st place. I have been caught by the RTO police thrice and had to pay a sum of nearly Rs. 500 total. Here are the details of people involved:
