YET TO BE DELIVERED

I had couriered a document on 14-06-10 from bangalore, docket no 40256597102, on contacting the cuttack blue dart day on day they are giving different reason for non-delivery.

When i told them i will do a consumer case, a lady in that office replied very boldy to go ahead.

If they are doing a service then we are paying for that service, it is not a favour from their side. The management should look after this and get proper resource into their business. There is ample of effecient resource available in the market, management can grasp such manpower.
