This is regarding one of the product (HTC Explorer Phone) I ordered on ebay on 2nd Nov. The product is shipped using Blue Dart with bellow details:

Airway bill details: 44612368533

Remarks: PLEASE CALL 09898889139 FOR ANY QUERIES

The seller is required to ensure the item reaches you by 09-Nov-11.

Since 3 days I am continuously calling seller and Blue Dart and have spent a lot on just calling. Blue Dart is saying that the PRODUCT IS HELD FOR PAPERWORK. I had conference calls twice with seller and Blue Dart, during the call seller sent the documents and Blue Dart accepted the documents and promised that the product will reach next day.

I am still waiting for my product, and getting same messages from seller and Blue Dart.
