Non supply of gas cylinde

On 19-1 I booked a gas refill vide booking No. 335949. On 30.1.2012 when I enquired as to when the cylinder would arrive, I was informed that it would take another week. On 7/2 when I called again to remind about the cylinder I was informed that I had to rebook afresh for a REFILL CYLINDER. Even after 20 days I was not supplied the refill cylinder.

I book a refill every two months. I would like to bring to the attention of the authorities concerned that the delivery man, for every delivery, sells my cylinder to the teashops/eateries and supplies my cylinder 5 days after the issue of the same. This has been going on for a very longtime. Every complaint to Blue Flame results in no action from their end. The delivery man demands Rs. 15/- extra for delivery of the cylinder, if not paid he picks up a fight. As I am alone at home, since my sons are away at work, I am forced to pay the amount, as he threatens that he will not hand over the cylinder. The black price of a cylinder now is Rs.900/- and he brazenly sells the same in front of people.

Please take action against blue flame agency.
