Dear Sir,

Earlier i was using Sntro Xing SO for the past 3 year and i exchanged that and i booked a new i10 car, bcz i love the hyundai cars, While i booking my car they promised some free accessories like Tafflon coating, steering cover, mats, perfume and fog lamp and spoiler lamp in 50% discount, i got my car from the above mentioned dealer 20 days back, while delivery they put some local mats which not suits properly and looking very bad also they made some polish and stating that this is tufflan coating and reminding accessories stocks are not avialbale and reuested me to wait for 1 week, after 3 days one Mr. Jai (8056077739) who coordinate with me called and fix an opppointment last saturday for complete the pending works but he not turn back till the saturday noon, then i contacted him after that he said due to manpower not able to do the work and postponded to this saturday 03.07.10 at 10am, till he not turn back and his mobile also not reachable,

I contacted Express hyundai (044-39303930) one Mr. Hemnath responded and stating that Mr. Jai is in leave same time till they not got stock from hyundai.

This kind of service will bring bad name and opinion to ur copmany, one of my friend who interested and planning to buy a Swift car but i suggest him to go for i10 the was commucated to Mr. Jai and ask him to contact him, but he not responded for that also.

Its my humble request to check with your dealer and close it off my issues
