BOLERO SLX 2WD
Gear Problem

I bought Mahindra Bolero SLX 2WD Four days before. I couldn't Drive the vehicle in the 5th gear at the time of trial drive due to the heavy traffic. I took the delivery and I drove the vehicle and came to know that the the 5th gear is sliping while driving. I am not able to drive the vehicle in the 5ht gear. I approched the dealer for changing the vehicle but he refused. what I have to do in this regard. I am not happy to open the gear box and under go a repair for my vehicle. what kind of warranty the co. offers. I want to know whether I am eligible to get a new one.
