They give superior and highlighted advice to me

I have maruthi swift car, in that car gear shifting problem and I go to ABT maruthi at Madurai. They take service and rectify the problem in 15 days. They changed first & second gear singer noise. I’ll paid amt Rs9000/- plus. But some of days after I feel same problem and I go to again ABT maruthi they will adjusted some and said we will change first & second gear singer noise in previous service, after wear-thear the parts you will feel good. I hope their words at that time. This time I’ll paid Rs 3900/-. Some days after first, second gear should not function, and then I will go to again ABT maruthi told my problem they said this is not same problem we don’t change the first& second gear singer noise. In long time argument they refer the system and accept it. After their acceptance they gives the following different ideas

1. Change the gear shifting rod. (I don’t know technical name)

2. They are not response to this problem.

3. Gear box move to other location so we diagnose at body shop. It takes more time (approx) 20 days.

4. Very very small scratch (not broken/ other) in fuel tank and Oil sump. You finished that job your problem will solved.

5. When u drive the car that position (ie: u start the car first put 1, 2, 3… gears if u want down to 2nd gear from 3rd gear, you should go to 1st gear first and then go to 2nd gear in every time)

Then I want to know every four wheeler in the maruthi product/other brands gear shifting position is as they say the position/method. In the previous years I have maruthi 800 and Hyundai i10. At that time I will know in my conscious I shifted gears upward 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & downward in5, 4, 3, 2, 1 not jump to 3rd to 1st to 2nd. After their advice I totally confused so kindly send the broacher of gear shifting position / well known (swift) driver for train to me. Because this advice is from workshop manager and C.R.M
