SUBJECT: PARCEL NOT REACHING THE DESTINATION
(M/C TVS VICTOR REGN NO KA-03 EJ-1949)
Respected Sir,
1. I JC-306658P Subedar Major Joji Joseph had booked my Motor Cycle (Registration No KA-03 EJ-1949) on dated 23 Feb from LUCKNOW JN to KANNUR (KERALA) vide luggage ticket No – 225395 dt 23 Feb through train No 12511 (Rapti Sagar Express) (Ticket PNR No 243-0097303), but till now I have not received my motor cycle at my destination i.e (KANNUR Rly Station) (Photocopy copy of Luggage Tciket No 225395, R/C book and Tickets attached for ready reference).
2. I have received a phone call (Mob No-09450135602) from Kanpur Central stating that One Motor Cycle have been at their Parcel Office (booked in the name of of Subedar Major Joji Joseph), I told the person that I booked the Motor Cycle From Lucknow Jn to Kannur (Kerala). He verify the same and confirm me that erroneously the Motor Cycle unloaded here and agreed to re-load the same on next day.
3. I have inquire at Kannur Parcel Office everyday (i.e from 27 Feb to 03 Mar) but the Motor Cycle is not reach the destination (KANNUR RALY STN). I also have made inquire through Chief Commercial Inspector of Kannur Rly Stn at Palakkad, Shornur and Ernakulam but the M/C has not reach their Parcel Office also.
4. Sir, I am serving in the Army and gone for One week leave to my native place. Now I came back to Lucknow on 06 Mar from Kerala. My purpose for booking Motor Cycle is could not fulfill.
5. Kindly look in to this matter & do the needful to enable me to get Motor Cycle Regn No KA-03 EJ-1949 at the earliest and without any further delay at my destination (i.e KANNUR RLY STATION). I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation.
