Irregularities in LPG supply

The Consumers of BPCL LPG are put to much harassment by the dealer. The dealer insists upon buying gas stoves

and other appliances as a precondition for new connections. The customers are made to wait for 7 to days for getting

refills. Bill are not issued to customers so as to avoid evidence and consumer court litigations. The request of additional cylinders are not entertained. A surpise check by BPCL officials will bring more irreulairities to light regarding

the diversion of domestic cylinders for uninteded sourcecs. The frustration of hapless customers will sonn find

expressions
