Hey guy i just want to tell you all when you travell buy jet air ways, a 5 star airlines dont use 5star travel bag. 20 days back i flew form hongkong to india... my 200us$ bag was broken the suitcase/trolly bay make designer puccini was not only iib bad shape but craked from all 4 sides... some one tried to open this bag but tahnk god it was a great brand and could not be opened but only cracked... when i approched the jet staff told to relax and some one will come at my home to take the bag and repair... when i saw the bag i knew it is beyond repair i told them it is beyond repair they told me we will replace it with new... it was 2 month old brand new puccini... some one came after 2days an took the bag to repair then after 3 days they came with some china made non branded bag looked like use and throw stuff when the official called backi told them this does not make sense i want replacement of same brand the 4 days after the told me the would pay only bag worth 4500 rs i always thought it is best in dian air line but i wil never fly with trhen again
