Fraud business by the service company

Dear sir,

I am the owner of Scorpio slx WD 8 STR Rocky Biege (car no. WB20H6044, Chassis no.82A69738, Engine no. BS84A24399) from 03/05. Since the date of purchase I have always taken care of the car but at present for the fault of electrical problem I brought the car to "SHREE AUTOMOTIVE PRIVATE LIMITED"

4 Ghulam Jhilani Khan Road, Topsia (I.T.I Compound) Kolkata-700 039.The man to whom I gave the responsibility is SA ASHIS ROYCHOWDHURY.After the recovery of the car it again had a problem of AC, coollen pipe etc. arises. Hence the car was again sent there (at the above address). Within 2 days there arises a problem of the clutch. They replaced the clutch and again within 2 days the brakes get damaged although they told our driver that the brakes were okay during the last meeting. Within 15 days these problems arised and I had spent money of about 50, 000.All these years when the car went to Royal Motors no such problems arised.

It is my conclusion that all these events has become a business. I will be highly obliged if you could give your kind attention to this problems with urgent. Otherwise to my great regret I shall seek relief from the court of law.
