Sped Post - GOI

I had sent an urgent document to HDFC Ltd, Bhubaneswar by seed post on 2nd July from saharapur, UP.

To my surprise, till today i.e 9th July, 07 at 3 p.m. the document has not been delivered to the addressee. It is such a disgust as My housing loan is not getting processed because of this. I want to lodge a complain in consumer court for the damaged by the deppt to me.

People should think twice before sending anything threw this hopeless deppt.
