Dear sir, my name Rita mohanty, my insurance policy no:015119644700, policy period 15/04 to 14/04. i have registered a claim on 08/06 for my car ford fiesta bearing registration no: UP14AP9752, got accident on the way while on transition to Mumbai from Delhi, at Agra the customer care of TATA AIG assure me to send a surveyor to nearest service center Called Bhavana ford Nerul (E) and i taken my car to the said garage but two days no one attend the garage, ultimately i return my Vehicle to my resident and again called them on 22/06 they assured me to send their surveyor but no one attend the complain, next on 29/06 and 30/06 i following through on phone no body response my call, when i call them on 06/07 the Representative suggest me to we are not repair your vehicle you can do what ever you want, kindly help me to resolve my problem.
