No response for ticket rate

I'm M.Ramyaa from kovundampalayam, Coimbatore.on 06/02 (4:15 PM) me and my mom came through bus from karpagam complex stopping got into Santhanalakshmi bus which travels from ukkadam to thudiyalur vehicle no: TN 38 AP 5757 actually the bus fair was Rs.4/-(8 for two person) and the conductor gave us Rs.4/-ticket since i don't have change i gave Rs.10/- so he has to give Rs.2/-back the conductor did not give the balance amount and replied it was 5/-rupees ticket and he was shouting at me and my mom when i asked for it.the conductor was wearing no name batch so we could not find his name. Kindly take my complaint and i request you to take action on him.
