Gas supply Problem

Dear Sir,

I have booked the cylinder with BVS Enterprises, Yeshwanthapur, Bnaglore. My Consumer Number is 42916. I have booked cylinder on 15th Feb and same day I asked for servicing of stove at my Home. He told me that cylinder will be delivered on 22nd Feb. The Technican has come next day and he serviced the Stove. But we have not received the cylinder on 22nd Feb. I waited till next day and called him again. He told me that i had not booked for cylinder, and he told me that i would get the cylinder on Next day. But Not received yet. While booking the cylinder they are not giving any reference number, so we don`t have proof to show the same. The agents are cheating the public in this way. They don`t supply the domestic cylinders to public properly. But one can see lot of domestic cylinders at hotels, pvt gas sellers (small cylinders), and other commercial places. Autority should take proper action on these agents.
