Car insurance not made of correct value

Sir as i have purchased a tata manza car from a dealer in yavatmal but the dealer has not done his job perfectly as he has not made d insurance on the ex-showroom cost of the vehicle but reduce the present value of car by 77, 000/- and he has taken d cost of 27, 200/- for insurance but paid only 20, 600/- only, but i made a complaint regarding this activity the dealer is not giving me a proper response and also the dealer has not given me the detailed invoice for the car so its a request to suggest me that what should i do...
