This is the 4th Mail i am writting to Carnation chembur, but there is no revert or no solutions to my complaint from them.

I had purchased Indigo SX 2006 1283 from mumbai Carnation. At time of meeting i was told for 1 year guarantee. But at time of delivery they said the guareente is not on Indigo.

For the muharat i took the car, the same day when i took the car till road the car got punchered, the AC was not working, the window glass was not working. I was told to take the car for muhurat and get it back all the work will be done and given back my Mr. Akbar.

later after 15 - 20 days my car was given back to me assuring all work done and there will be no problems only there is a problem in AC and rear mirror, Mr. Akbar told to take trial and then revert. The same day we took car till crofedmarket, were near the bridge suddently the car got heated and funes atarted comming out. We called up Anthoney from chembur carnation who came there and took the car at workshop and radiotar problem was found.

Radiator problem was done and given back after 9 days, again just next day there was a starter problem and we were told to pay 2500/- for that and we had payed and taken the car back. just next day there was a gear problem in 2nd and 3rd the car was vibrating. The car was kept for month and given back.

Just two days back i have got the car from carnation, and was driving in chembur it self, the gears are jam, battery failure and still many problem. Mr. Jagdish from Chembur is not taking responsibility nor is giving the solutions to it. I am paying the instalment for it, i am giving payment to driver etc.

I have not kept that car at my parking place for two days. The day i have purchased it has the problem. I have got fedup with it. I had told chembur carnation i do not want the car, or give me the car with all the solutions and want guarantee for six month. Please give solutions . or give other car in exchange
