Pathetic customer service

Carnation is a multi brand auto hub boasting about customer service. But when you will drive in there no body is bothered to ask you for what you have come. Today i went there with my car and waited around 30 mins then a lady approached me and asked for concern. she then came with a pad and pen to inspect the vehicle... imagine a girl of around 25 years with no knowledge of automobile comes to inspect your vehicle!!! I am told that a normal service of Maruti zen will cost min of Rs. 3500 parts if any. i was there at 10 am and i was given the delievery time of 6pm. when the service was done, my car was not looking as clean as they claim to be... Overall a pathetic customer service & over priced service.
