This is the second time things are going wrong, First time my IPOD was stolen, So where the things, Which were returnd after an email however Ipod was claimed to never have existed.

Branch: Gurgaon

Vehicle: Mahindra Bolero.

On friday had called in the morning for a car pickup as my break were not working, Promptly responded and picked up, (Atleast the sales dvision is working).

Finally a chap Gurjit calls and lists down an expense of 30K (Including things like uder shasis painting and front suspension which was not a part of the complaint). Asking them to fix the core break issue and general service they agree. Comit a timeline by evening.

I recieve a call in the afternoon stating the part is not available and the vehicle would be delivered by 2:00 pm sat.

The downfall starts

Reminder call made to Mr gurjit at 9:30 A by me, Assures the vehicle is in service would be followed up by his colleague as he is on leave.

Tried to call after 2:00 Pm after waiting for 4 hours, No call recieved.

At 6Pm i get connected to the service station and after followup's, A honest man comes on line and says the vehicle is still under service and cannot be delivered today.

I escalate as i am worried what is really happening, The branch managers number is given, I call Mr Saxena he disconnects and does not call me back - Superb Service.

Sunday: More than 2 day so waiting to know whats happening.

I call again on a mobile number this time (Issued in Just Dial), The lady promptly collects the details and assures a call back from gurgit.

Finally Mr Gurjit resurface, Says that the tail light problem is fixed but the break part is not recieved yet, No timelines for recovery.

Why this email??

JUST RETURN MY CAR, I DONT TRUST YOU GUYS ANYMORE, Neither do i have time for false commmitments and followup's.

I honestly dont care if you take action against the individuals running a circus here, but the fact is never again i want to set foot.

Personally had recommended your service station to your colleagues but now, wait and watch for the repurcussions.

Thanx... for nothing.
