Illegal commercial activities

Respected Sir,

I would like to mention that I am a resident of Dilshad garden, Delhi-95 and also an Advocate, practicing at Delhi, so I feel that it is my duty to bring to your kind notice that some illegal commercial activities are carrying on outside the famous Dear Park of the area.

These anti social elements are illegally possessing a large area of the park opposite to Dear Park. They have divided this large area into 4-5 private premises and running illegal commercial activities like car service station, in the said private premises. They are using both sides of the road, which is running between these two parks i.e. from Ayyappa mandir chowk to Pummy Chowk, for repairing, servicing, washing cars etc. This illegal commercial activities is causing a great menace to the residents of this area. They are also using banners/hoardings/name plates to advertise their business. Some of the address which I have noted are:1) Rakesh Gupta r/o Gupta Niwas, C-110, Opposite Dear Park, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95, 2) Laxmi Niwas, C-110/II, Opposite Dear Park, Dilshad Garden, Delhi-95, there are many more.

I therefore request your goodself to kind look into the matter seriously and take legal action against these anti social elements, who are causing a great trouble to the residents of the area.
