Smoking of bike since first servicing

Sir,

I have baught a cb shine on 17.09.2011 from your sales showroom at Dhanbad. the first servicing of the bike was done at the same service centre, at that time the bike was smoking but the servicing personells told that it will not smoke after some times, after that i have told them many times but they are not paying any attention. i have reported them several time but o any result came out in my favour.

kindly take necessary action otherwise people like us will loss our believe on your company very soon.
