CBZ Extreme
Not Delivering Model Registered

Hello Sir,

I on dated 2 - Feb - 2011 have booked CBZ Extreme (OLD Model) by paying Rs 500.00 as booking amount for which they handed me a voucher (no. CASH-10804), and informed me that i would be getting my bike not earlier than 4 months after booked date. On which i agreed. As I m buying the bike from CSD Canteen (Army) so have to go through a long procedure of documents. I by 4 months cleared all the document of CSD for my CBZ Extreme (Old Model) and approached the Show Room.

I was shoked to hear that they are no longer delivering CBZ Extreme (Old Model) which i have booked instead of they are giving New model which i dont like. Moreover that the price of CBZ Extreme (New Model) is more than old model . so i have to go through the CSD Canteen (Army) process again. which is quite time consuming and long.

My argument is if i have booked a model then that company is liable to pay me that model which i have booked 4 months back. and if they were about to close the production of the model. than they would have informed me in between and not after 4 months when i approach to take my bike.

So plz send me a suggestion, and do the legal procedure required
