Genral Buggy shoud be vacent at starting point

The train no 1022 Up Indrayani Exp has schedule time at Pune station is 6.35 Pm which start from pune stn. Train no 2170 Solapur Pune super fast Exp which arrives at pune Stn around 6.00 pm get converted into 1022up Indrayani Exp. The passanger travelled by 2170 does not alight on pune station. The Train 1022 up starts from Pune station. My request is the passangers who travel by 2170 up should be get down at Pune station Because train terminate at Pune station & Fresh train starts from pune station 1022up. The passanger who want to travel by 1022up does not get seat for seating because of 2170 Up passangers. The Train no 2170 Up terminate at Pune station so passanger in general cotch sould be get down on pune station from 2170up train.
