I wanted to purchase pass from Kalyan to Malad at kalwa-east station, and I was in proper queue, but when I reached the ticket counter the person said that pass is available at next window, but next window was closed. The people who were in ahead of me in the queue got monthly pass from the same person, then why only pass was not given to me??

The ticket counter person is very arrogant and also not providing proper information, the ticket windows opening time is 6 AM but ticket window is never open at 6 AM.
